MW Editor’s Note: Mentoring Warriors shares a repost of a three-part podcast produced by Wild at Heart on vital issues facing young men. This three-part series includes interviews by John Eldredge and others on the Wild at Heart team with four young men and two young women; all in their twenties. A test sampling of these podcasts with some of the young men who run in Mentoring Warriors circles proved significantly eye-opening and engaging! Here’s what one warrior-aged man has to say after listening to Part 1 and its bonus content episodes:
“When I remember where I am, I remember what to do. That’s a thought that rattled around in my head after listening to those first episodes of the Young Man series. It’s reaffirming what I felt in my heart with evidence that this season is what it needs to be.” Andrew
We hope you find them addressing many issues you face as a young man. If you mentor young men, we hope these podcasts will equip you to walk with them in deeper, Christ-focused ways.
In Part 3 and Part 3-Bonus Content, John and Stasi Eldredge talk with two women in their twenties, Zoe and Hope, about what they see in young men in their twenties.

David Riffel is the Founder and Executive Director of www.Mentoring-Warriors.com. Having gone through his warrior years (18-30) essentially without a mentor, God has placed in him a heart for warriors, to come alongside them in various ways as they figure out life. David’s newly released book, Mentoring Warriors: Coming Alongside Young Men 18-30, outlines principles for mentoring and gives advice for warriors in six key areas of life: self-management, life skills, education/career, relationships, faith, and identity.
